Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 2, 2025, Heritage Distilling Holding Company Inc. d/b/a IP Strategy (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s $IP validator performance metrics for the period November 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025 and certain highlights regarding the growth of the Story Network ecosystem. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby furnished pursuant to this Item 7.01.
